Between the 6th and 8th of June 2017 took place the trade-show “SUBCONTRATACIÓN 2017, International Trade Fair for Processes and Equipment for Manufacturing” which was held simultaneously with the FERROFORMA, FITMAQ, MAINTENANCE , PUMPS & VALVES and ADDIT3D at Bilbao Exibition Center (BEC, Bizkaia).

fessionals from 71 countries attended all the 6 industrial events, becoming the main meeting point dedicated to “Smart Manufacturing” in southern Europe.
The NIWE partner AFV, was present at this event representing the consortium of the project. AFV had a stand there, so they could show and inform all the attendees the latest developments of the project.
Throughout the week there have been a total of 121 speakers and 706 congressmen participating in the industry 4.0, automotive, electronic commerce, additive manufacturing, industrial coatings, castings, pumps and valves and industrial maintenance activities.
More than 1,200 exhibiting firms from all the world have participated in this great platform, offering innovations and cutting-edge solutions to their customers in key areas of manufacturing industry.
At the European Subcontracting Meeting, around 1,500 interviews of different sectors such as aeronautics, railway, steel, energy, electrical and electronics, machinery, general subcontracting and additive manufacturing have been handled.
This event has been a good opportunity to spread information between the target audience and all the stakeholders surrounding NIWE project. All interested people could further inform about the project with technical personnel.
